Confluence of Rhone and Arve rivers, Geneva

The Rhone is one of the major rivers of Europe, rising in Switzerland and running from there through southeastern France. In this incredible photograph we see the confluence of the Rhone and Arve rivers in Geneva, Switzerland. The river on the left is the Rhone, which is just exiting Lake Lehman. The river on the right is the Arve, which receives water from the many glaciers of the Chamonix valley (mainly the Mer de Glace) before flowing north-west into the Rhone on the west side of Geneva, where its much higher level of silt brings forth a striking contrast between the two rivers. source: unusual places org,

Memorable Bouquet of flowers

Golden  Memories I am a traveler. I was infected with a traveling bug as a child of 10 while I was reading a documentary about the wonders of the world in the 50s,my childish thoughts ran up to the moon ,gazing at the full moon and said, " Hey the pretty moon why don't you lift me up and show the wonders of the world". soon I realized this was only day dream and not a reality and never practicable. ''Reading maketh a man and writing perfects him''  ,remembered the  quote of Francis Bacon. Read and read and I grew up with the passage of time and entered the university successfully completed a 4 degree course ,found my passionate vocation and earned the chips and traveled the world. When you have  the  willingness, determination, confidence and strong will you can do it. I did it I travel the world. The bouquet in the image is  the memorable souvenir from my dear niece zaneera Fouzan , when I made my maiden voyage to north American  territories to Canada. I
